This book has one of the better ones I’ve seen lately; it goes through some of the myths of keto while explaining it in easy-to-understand terms. For those of you looking for a more thorough resource, this book will still be able to help you out.
Under 50? Still not a problem, as a lot of the aspects of a keto diet apply to all people.
There is some targeted material for people over 50 (how to get started, benefits, etc) but it still applies even if you aren’t 50, or approaching that age and want to get ahead of the health stuff.
The 21-day plan seems to be a more efficient use of the diet than I’ve seen in some other keto books. And if that wasn’t enough, the second book is all about keto breads and pastas, something that people who may miss carbs will love to see!
These recipes are a bit more labor-intensive than the regular meal recipes in the first book, but they seem interesting nonetheless.
I read these keto books because I have my mother-in-law on the keto diet. It has been working amazing for her so I keep reading new ones to expand my knowledge.
This set of books is great. They go over the basics plus more to help me keep learning. The recipes are great and so different from other books. It gave me tons more options on what to cook for her.
