2 oz. Greek Yogurt, plain

Procedure:
1. In a grill pan heat 1 tbsp. Olive oil and garlic.
2. Once heated place the chicken and cook for 10 minutes (or until cooked well). Cover with parchment paper in the first 5 minutes.
3. In the meantime prepare the salad. Combine the cucumber, Greek yogurt, and olive oil. Season with salt and mix well.
4. Serve the chicken with the salad and enjoy!
