Very large book, a ton if easy ro follow recipes, my only complaint is there are no pictures but I guess with space for all the recipes thats understandable.
Great keto recipes for beginners or seasoned keto cooks. Sturdy binder and paper. Easy to follow , large print. Ingredients can be found in local supermarket rather then having to go to specialty stores.

I tried my 1st recipe the day after receiving my book and it was delicious! I decided to get the Keto Diet cookbook because I have not been able to loose weight successfully since my Hashimotos & hypothyroidism makes it difficult.
I am not supposed to have carbohydrates and this fits the recipe guidelines. It even has desserts!Its a lifestyle change and also gives insite in the front as to why it works.

This cook book is written is simple form, very wasy to read and follow. What I like most, is the directions for each recipe isnt drawn out. I have made two dishes so far and had no problems. I cant wait to see what other yummy recipes are in this book!
