My hubby and I are doing Keto and we got this cookbook to add variety to our meals. This book is loaded with good recipes, I shared a pic of my fav new meal, Chicken Pie.
Every page has 4-6 great recipes. BONUS: The book has a 28 day meal plan with 3 meals/day with recipes from the book – complete with calorie counts! This has been so useful for our healthy lifestyle!

Me and my husband have been trying the keto diet for a while taking supplements and we bought a few cookbooks and this one was really inexpensive and didnt disappoint.
Recipes are really easy to follow and the book has quite a bit. I just wish that there was photos of the finished item as well but thats just something that I prefer but its not needed.
I love cooking but its only two of us so this cookbook is great!!! I love that it has enough food for two people so i dont waste food. If i want leftovers i just double the recipe. Easy peasy.
This cookbook has some really awesome recipes. My favorite is the lemon waffles. I also really liked the 28 day meal plan in the back of the book. It was a surprise to me because I didn’t notice it was mentioned on the front.
Really the only downside is no pictures but the recipes make up for that.
My husband, his brother and brother-in-law have been trying out the Keto thing. Instead of constantly trying to Google recipes that are usable we decided to give this a try.
