This book is worth it. Ive been a vegetarian for 8 years and this is the best and most helpful vegetarian cookbook I have found. Unfortunately for me, I do not like most Indian or Asian foods.
They form the bulk of most of the vegetarian cookbooks I have bought. This one gives me plenty of other options as well as Asian and Indian foods in case I should develop a taste for those someday.

The one thing that I would like to see included is nutritional information, or amount of protein at the very least as these are concerns that I think many vegetarians have.
