I received this yesterday and started reading it after being recommended the Keto diet by a friend. I bought it as I work full time and wanted some guidance for meal prep and this kind of diet.
After reading just the first few pages of the book I feel it is going to be such a valuable tool for me – really pleased I bought it.
Looks great in the sense if if like me you get brain freeze when trying to come with ideas for stuff to make ahead so flicking through I’m so pleased I can now do my husband lunches and breakfast for the week as he wants to try keto too.
Sometimes you just need someone to say here’s how you do it and then you get a bit more creative. Really glad I got it
