The only con I have is that although the nutrition values are listed per serving, there is nothing to say how many servings are in each recipe. Some of the servings are common sense, but it can be confusing with others.
Anyhow, I cant wait to start trying our the recipes, and now only have to decide what will be first!
This is a great little cookbook full of simple and quick recipes. I have done shrimp, wings, chicken tenders, radishes, mushrooms and pork chops so far.
I highly recommend it for someone who wants good Keto food without spending hours prepping and having to shop for strange ingredients.

I usually only love cookbooks overloaded with pictures. Though they are minimal here, the recipes are amazing with easy prep and easy to find ingredients.

I love my air-fryer, and its entirely due to this book. The recipes are well organized and well written. There arent photos for every single recipe, but there are loads of pictures.
There is a carb breakdown for every recipe and yep, they really are low-carb. So many books have Keto or Low Carb in the title, then the recipes come up to “25 carbs per portion” or “19 grams carbs per slice” etc.
Essentially straight into the give-away box. Not this book. The author explains some cooking methods and ingredients as well as a brief description of what Keto/Low Carb diets entail.
